Your brain is involved in everything you do and everything you are, including how you think, how you feel, how you act, and how well you get along with other people. Your brain is the key to living the life you want and achieving your goals. Because the brain is still developing until you reach age 25, it is critical to learn to love and optimize your brain as it develops.

The brain SPECT imaging work at Amen Clinics has revealed that not all brains are alike. In fact, we have identified brain activity patterns that are associated with certain personality traits. We have discovered 5 primary brain types:

· Balanced Brain

· Spontaneous Brain

· Persistent Brain

· Sensitive Brain

· Cautious Brain

In this course, you’ll learn how to determine your brain type. Knowing your brain type will help you know more about how you interact with the world, but it will also help you know how to optimize your specific brain to smooth out some of the rough edges in your life and understand what is more likely to make you happy.

Yes, but the first 5 are the basics to be taught. Then we can customize the rest based on the group needs.
